Dottie Beasley

Dottie Beasley is an independent project manager who specializes in supporting small business owners. Her areas of expertise include marketing, event coordination, and administration. Dottie's dedication to community engagement has led her to serve as Vice President of the Tennessee Association of Farmers Markets. Dottie began her career in corporate compliance, but she found her true passion in the creativity of freelance photography. This shift in focus led her to volunteer with local organizations, including the Oasis Center, Franklin Farmers Market, and 12 South Farmers Market. During this time, Dottie was also a founding member of WE Nashville, a group for women in entrepreneurship. The organization's membership grew to nearly 200 women, and was featured in The Tennessean "Money" section. The article highlighted the growing number of women entrepreneurs in Nashville and the need for community support and resources. From 2018 to 2023, Dottie worked as market manager for the 12 South Farmers Market, where she continued advocating for small businesses and community growth.
